Profit is NOT unethical. Let me repeat that but in a different way: LACK of profit IS unethical.
That’s right, if your for-profit business doesn’t intentionally create profit then it is unethical.
How are you supposed to keep your brand promise if there is no profit?
When your business fails how many customers will you leave hanging?
How can you make payroll without profit?
You should never apologize for delivering so much value that you can charge more than the price-driven competition. Being profitable is not only being ethical but it is being responsible to everyone your business touches.
